Is this the game you are looking for?
The developer describes a settlement built on Kewa, a living space whale. You manage Peeps, restore an ecosystem and explore other worlds. These details identify Beyond These Stars more reliably than the shortened phrase Beyond the Stars.
Find the official game listing
The Steam listing uses app ID 2295060. The developer website links to official storefronts. Start from those sources when checking compatible devices, pricing and availability; a search result containing the word Xbox does not by itself confirm a console version.
Check launch and subscription details
The developer shows October 17, 2026 in New Zealand time. Xbox Wire schedules PC Game Pass access for October 16. Our release-date and Game Pass guides explain the separate launch and subscription questions.
Want to try it first?
Our demo guide links to the official Steam listing and explains the difference between demo updates and full-game previews. Look for the live demo option on Steam to confirm whether it remains available. This page does not offer an unofficial download.
Start with a focused guide
Use the beginner guide for your first settlement. Follow the food and water guides when household needs stall, then the storage guide for blocked production. Kewa care explains why the health of your living home matters alongside resource output.
