Scope
This policy describes the Beyond These Stars Wiki at www.beyondthesestars.site. The site is a fan project, independent of the game developer and publisher.
Browsing and hosting
Pages are available without registration. This version has no account system, payment collection, advertising scripts or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider may process request details, including IP addresses and technical headers, to deliver content and protect its service.
Theme preferences
Your browser follows its system color preference by default. If you select light or dark mode, the site stores that choice locally under the key “bts-theme”. Selecting system mode removes the saved choice. This preference is not sent to a site database.
Optional video and external links
The official trailer initially displays a locally hosted image. Only after you click play does the page load a player from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube can then receive technical information about the playback request. External websites apply their own privacy practices when you visit them.
Email correspondence
If you choose to email us, your email provider sends your address, message and any attachments to the contact mailbox. We use that information to respond to the request or investigate a correction. Please avoid including passwords, payment information or unnecessary personal details.
Your choices
You can read the wiki without playing the video, remove saved theme preferences through your browser, and contact us about information you provided by email. We do not sell personal information.
Updates and contact
This page will be revised if the site’s data practices change. Questions can be sent to contact@beyondthesestars.site.
